These terms govern your use of the Mounted app and this website, published by Meru Technologies LLC. By using Mounted you agree to them. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Mounted on devices you own or control. You may create and export framed images for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app itself.

Your content

Your photos are yours. Mounted claims no ownership of the images you frame or export, and processes them on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for holding the rights to any photo you use.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mounted to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the app or its services.

Intellectual property

The Mounted name, logo, app and website design are the property of Meru Technologies LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

No warranties & limitation of liability

Mounted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meru Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any lost or altered images — always keep your originals.
